Our approach
GoFetch is designed for use outdoors, often with one hand and divided attention. Controls should remain clear, reachable and understandable with assistive technology. Accessibility is an ongoing product requirement, not a separate mode.
Supported features
The current iPhone app is designed to support:
- VoiceOver labels and values for key navigation, scan, map and reward controls;
- Dynamic Type and reflow in dense settings and management rows;
- Reduce Motion for nonessential continuous motion and transitions;
- large touch targets and visible selected states;
- high-contrast text and controls in light surfaces; and
- system permission controls for camera, photos, location and notifications.
Camera recognition, AR placement and map exploration are visual features. GoFetch provides spoken labels and surrounding controls where practical, but those experiences may still have limitations for some users.
Website access
The GoFetch website uses semantic headings, keyboard focus states, descriptive image text, responsive layouts, system light and dark appearance, and reduced-motion preferences. Legal and support pages do not require an account.
Report a barrier
Tell us which screen or control caused difficulty, the assistive technology you use, your iPhone and iOS version, and what you were trying to do. We welcome practical accessibility feedback.
